When is it useful?
Cognitive stimulation can help when:
- There are mild memory lapses or difficulty concentrating.
- You want to stay mentally active and socially engaged.
- Daily routines have become hard to organize.
- A diagnosis such as mild cognitive impairment has been given.
Activities that feel natural
Sessions are built around real life: cooking a recipe, sorting photographs, gardening, board games or music. These activities train memory, attention and problem solving while keeping the person motivated.
I teach family members simple exercises to continue between sessions, so progress becomes part of everyday life.
